Molecular Weight:
The 358 amino acid protein has the predicted molecular weight of 39.66 kDa. The protein migrates at approximately 50 kDa and 90 kDa on SDS-PAGE in DTT-reduced and non-reduced condition, respectively.

Storage and Handling: 
Briefly centrifuge the vial upon receipt. An unopened vial can be kept at 4°C for up to 2 weeks or at -20°C or lower for six months. The protein may be diluted to 0.1 mg/mL using 0.22 µm filtered PBS buffer. To avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles, aliquot the stock solution and store at ≤ -70°C. If additional dilution is required, use a carrier protein like FBS or BSA.
