Recombinant Human IL-13 Protein is expressed from mammalian cells,  the target gene encoding Gly21-Asn132 without tag. 
Molecular Weight:
The protein has a predicted molecular weight of 12.35kDa, the apparent is MW 20-45 kDa on SDS-PAGE under DTT-reduced condition due to glycosylation.  
Purity:
>95% based on SDS-PAGE under reducing condition.

Endotoxin Level:
Less than 1EU per ug by the LAL method.

Protein Concentration:
Protein concentration is measured by UV280 and is bottled at lot-specific concentration.
Reconstitution
Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water. Reconstitution to no less that 100µg/mL is recommended. 
Storage and Handling:
Quick spin the vial after receiving. Unopened vial can be stored at ≤ -20°C for 12 months from date of receipt. This stock solution should be aliquoted after reconstitution and stored at ≤ -70°C for 3-6 months. Minimize the freeze/thaw cycles.
